Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By using the p3x website (https://p3x.bio) and its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, registering, placing bets, or completing any transaction, the user is deemed to have accepted the following terms.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You are a legal resident of Bangladesh and are legally entitled to use the platform.
- You are creating this account in your own name and for your personal use.
- You agree to accept any future changes to these Terms and Conditions.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Accurate, complete, and up-to-date information is required when registering with p3x. Accounts created using false or misleading information will be terminated and any associated balance may be forfeited. Each user may operate only one account.
Account Security
Keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential is entirely your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to [email protected]. If you share your account details with a third party, full liability rests with you.
Prohibited User Activities
- Hacking, bots, and automated software are strictly prohibited on the platform.
- Accessing another user's account or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Using the service for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the p3x platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50, and a separate minimum withdrawal amount applies.
Transaction Verification
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals. For suspicious transactions, p3x may request additional documentation. Transactions may be placed on hold or cancelled if accurate information is not provided.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting specific wagering requirements. Each promotion has its own validity period and terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. Bonus balances may be forfeited if wagering conditions are not met after the bonus is credited.
Transaction Liability
P3x is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their mobile number and payment details are accurate.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitations of Liability
Service Availability
P3x reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. p3x is not liable for any losses users may incur due to such service interruptions.
Limitations of Liability
The p3x platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. p3x's liability is limited in cases of financial loss arising from losing bets, technical errors, or third-party service issues. In no event shall p3x's maximum liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.
Third-Party Integrations
The platform may include games from third-party software providers, each governed by their own terms and conditions — p3x accepts no liability in this regard. For issues involving external payment gateways, the policies of the respective provider apply.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
P3x reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions or engagement in fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
- Providing false information during registration or failing to complete identity verification.
- Upon instruction from law enforcement agencies or by court order.
In the event of account closure, any eligible balance will be refunded following a designated review process.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p3x website — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the property of p3x and its respective intellectual property owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
P3x reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on the website, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved in Bangladeshi courts.
